This is my first season using trail cameras, and my second season hunting. Compared to all the other pictures I am seeing people post... these bucks are really small. But, at this time of year, can I expect them to grow? I don't need a huge trophy buck, but also won't shot anything that walks by... It is still way early! He has a long way to go yet. Here is a picture of my buddies buck from last year and then pictures of him in velvet from yesterday. You can see they still have a long way to go. LAST YEAR YESTERDAY
Thanks guys! Never even seen a 6 point so that would be cool. I would probably let him walk in hopes of future years anyways, but exciting non-the-less!
I forgot to point out one thing so that everyone knows it is the same deer. Nebo had a broken jaw that healed wrong so his tongue hangs out to his right. If you look at both pictures you can see his tongue.
