This is my first season using trail cameras, and my second season hunting. Compared to all the other pictures I am seeing people post... these bucks are really small. But, at this time of year, can I expect them to grow? I don't need a huge trophy buck, but also won't shot anything that walks by...

Either way, if I could get some input that would be great on how much they could possibly grow this year?

I'm having trouble getting the pics right in the thread... working on it...

It is still way early! He has a long way to go yet. Here is a picture of my buddies buck from last year and then pictures of him in velvet from yesterday. You can see they still have a long way to go.

Thanks guys! Never even seen a 6 point so that would be cool. I would probably let him walk in hopes of future years anyways, but exciting non-the-less!

I forgot to point out one thing so that everyone knows it is the same deer. Nebo had a broken jaw that healed wrong so his tongue hangs out to his right. If you look at both pictures you can see his tongue.

Nebo even loved my wife due to some carrots she brought from home when we went to see him!
