I must say that slick tricks are freaking awesome! They group better than my field tips. I haven't killed anything with them yet but I love these things. Why doesn't everyone use these BH's.

Shooting the 100 standards. Why people think they need to shoot expandable a is beyond me. I tried the rages and these shoot better out of my set up. Ill probably stick with these for many years.

Good for you. I'm not sold on the expandables. Sounds like you are. Im not sure if you are trying to be a prick or if you just come off that way? What ever works I guess.

Hmm. This is the "equipment review" section? I gave my review and stated a comment. If your a rage guy that's great! I'm not.neither is lots of other people. Great job on your 9 deer. That's an amazing accomplishment. Hopefully some day me and my slick tricks can live up to your 9 deer with your rage's.

To be fair. I'm not an Internet pissing match kinda guy. You can take it elsewhere. Now back to the slick tricks.

No pissing match here. You made a statement...I replied. And I didnt say anything bad about slick tricks.

I just answered your "why doesnt everyone use these broadheads" statement.

This is a public forum is it not?

Maybe I took your original post and your 9 deer story as you trying to be a prick. If that was truly not your intention then I apoligize. However if you where/ are trying to be a Prick then I'm done with our conversation. Like I said nothing wrong with your expandables. There just not for me or alot of other people. Good Luck on number 10!

Nope. No pissing match. I shoot Rages also. Nothin against slick tricks. Heard good things about em. 10 deer in last 3 years with my Rage is enough reason for me to not shoot em. Good luck this season OP. A well tuned bow makes a world of difference

It was the blanket statement that fueled that reply. Alot of people dont have any problems at all with expandables.

I've tried the Rages when I first got my bow because I couldn't get fixed BH's to fly for crap. They flew pretty good out of my set up. But the slick Tricks fly perfect. Maybe I just assumed alot of guys shoot the expandables because they can't get a fixed blade to fly straight. Apparantly my assumption was wrong. I'm glad you guys are having success with them! I see your in Illinois also. Good Luck to you sir.

I shoot Slick Trick and Spitfire mechanicals. I will tell you why I like mechanicals. I like to practice with my broadheads year round. The mechanicals give you a practice head that doesn't tear my targets up. That is why I am shooting mechanicals.
