Hey guys. Thinking about getting the Slick Trick 85 gr. heads this year. Or the Magnums. I was wonderin if anyone hade any pictures of blood trails, entry/exit holes, or something similar. Any reviews would be appreciated too. Im shooting the Muzzy 75gr 3 blade now and it has performed extremely well for me so far. A buddy's dad shoots the Slick Trick and he says they are absolutely lethal!!! Lets see some pics!!

I've had great success with the Magnums.

    Ran about 50 yards.

I switched from the 100 grain Muzzy 4-blades to the 100 grain standard slick tricks and absolutely love them. Razor sharp and very durable. Definitely glad I switched.

For such a small cutting diameter, when compared to a lot of heads on the market, the Slicks are unreal. To me, it proves that these 2"+ mechanical heads aren't needed. I don't have any pictures to show, but I can tell you, I've taken 4 deer so far with Slick Trick heads, and all three had large, gaping wounds like the one pictures above. I was told my a guy from Slick Trick that the reason behind this is the use of 4 blades as opposed to 2 or 3.

Regardless of what is causing such big holes, I know they work, and work well. Not to mention their tough as nails and easy to tune. I love these little heads.

Also, price the Slick Tricks out. Factor in that the ferrule's are bullet proof and replacement blades are very reasonable and you have a SUPER head.

Doe I shot last year with a slick trick standard (100). Not alot of blood, but there wasn't really enough time- she was dead in 40 yards!

I'll be trying these out this year as well. Grizztrick 125 grains. They fly great and like previously stated, the ferrules are almost bullet proof and the replacement blades are very reasonable.

Slick Trick Magnums are currently what the plan is to shoot this year...however as many saw in my other thread Killzones have really caught my eye. I'll admit though, something about the fixed-broadhead design I just am attracted to more....simplicity I guess. I've never lost an archery deer save the one I shot and hit a limb on...and up until last year's deer I'd strictly shot Thunderhead fixed cuz they were cheap and easy to use.

Slick Trick Magnums or Killzones....threads like these really get my head spinning.

I have shot slick trick magnums in the 100 and 125 grain. The damage is wicked. I have pics I need to get downloaded to my computer. when I switched computers most of my hunting pics didn't make the transfer. Over the years I have posted pics on other forums. I have shot about 8 deer with the tricks and compound.Long list of other bheads with one expandable and none of them compared. When I had to switch to an xbow because of an injury their was no consideration on my part that there would be any other bhead. I have pictures of at least one deer after skinning showing all the bone damage it did to one deer. It looked like a slug tore through the shoulder. I have never had anything but massive holes left. Only one deer with xbow and it dropped in its tracks. I have been fortunate even before the tricks 99 percent of time I watched em drop. The difference was I saw massive holes from the beginning and sides go red.

Ive killed deer with several different broadheads. I was always big on Thunderhead, but I started shooting the regular Slick Tricks last season and they are my new favorite. They fly extremely true and do devastating damage leaving an amazing bloodtrail.

Nice Eric! I've been shooting these a lot. It's going to come down to grizztricks or bloodrunners again

I spun on my muzzy's to practice with broadheads and have decided that I am going go stick with them because they fly just as true as my field points out to 40 yards. Before I shot them I was thinking in my head that they are going to be way off. First shot at 30 yards... X RING!! No more debate for me. Muzzy. Bad To The Bone.

I've never heard a bad thing about Slick Tricks and I've seen damage like the pictures show above.

Switched to Slick Tricks last year after not getting the pass throughs I was looking for with mechanicals. They flew just like my field tips which I loved. Plus, they're a heck of a lot cheaper than Rage once you factor in replaceable blades. Unfortunately, I failed to take a deer with them. Hoping to put them to the test this year!
