I shoot for 8 but average about 6 im a light sleeper. I could get 7 but workout early in the morning before work.
About 4 hours when I work daylights. Around 6 hours when I'm on nights. Best thing about nights is I never set an alarm. Waking up on my own for consecutive days does wonders for my energy levels.
4-5 usually sometimes don't sleep at all during the week, I don't sleep much and if I'm not falling asleep throughout night I just stay up all night. To me its worse getting very little sleep compared to no sleep. Makes for a long day though waking up at 6am on one day and goin to bed at 10 pm next day.
I am working two jobs right now 16hrs a day and 6 days a week I sleep when ever I can witch is never lol one job drops for hunting season tho lol
