I average about 6 hrs a night in the off season. During season, it's more like 3-4. Brain storming about setups usually keeps me up in the fall.

5-6 seems to be the number. Anything more or less is counterproductive and leaves me tired throughout the day.

About 6 hours a night. But last night I went to bed at midnight and just staggered out of the bedroom at 8am. Slept like crud. Had those stressful dreams that kept waking me up. Started with dreams that I was having to deal with my ex and ended with a dream that my dog died. Ugh.

So now I'm cranky. heh heh heh :D

I get about 6 a night during the week and try hard to get about 8 on the weekends. But, with a 7 year old that gets up with the sun...that makes it quite difficult sometimes.

It all depends on when I get in bed. My dog wakes me up every morning at 6am to let me know it's time to go outside then eat.
