Skb case for halon??

Looking for the best fitting Skb case for my halon 6 with Mathews 4 arrow quiver, was looking at the hunter series, any suggestions?

 

I would suggest this one. I have the Halon 6 and a SKB case and it is hard to get it to close with the quiver on. This one is 2 inches longer than the one I have now. So I will be selling mine and buying this one.

I have the SKB rectangle case. Lots of extra room. It's pricey, but it's top shelf! I wouldn't transport my $1000 bow any other way.

 

Are the hybrid case just fabric or do they have a plastic liner?

 

*UPDATE* I changed the position of my case and put the sight down and centered the bow and it fits perfectly in my SKB case. I can take a pic if you need me to. I was concerned about putting it in the case with the sight down, but the sight doesn't hit the bottom.

 

Does your Halon 6 fit tight in there or is there still room?

 

Do you have the Skb hunter case? Not the xl hunter

 

I've got a Hoyt Vectrix, but the SKB rectangle case will accommodate any bow, with extra room. I take my quiver off and store it separately in the case. I bought it strictly for air travel, and pack clothing items around my bow for added security.

Anyone use the SKB hybrid for their Halon? How do you like it?

 

I went on a hunting trip to Texas for hogs. Just used a hard side golf bag, and packed it with clothes for protection. Chill R fit good and zero problems!!
