I sure am going to miss this little patch of woods. Lots of great memories made here. My neighbor sold it, so this is likely my last time hunting it.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Everything happens for a reason. Maybe you'll find a better place!

Will be hunting Oklahoma next season. My daughter and son-in-law have +300 acres I know I can hunt. Just too late in the season this year.

NW Arkansas, my son-in-law's place is only about a 45 minute drive from my house. So it's fairly close. Just not crazy about buying out of state tags.

RB I had a spot for 16 years outside a nature park with only a road between the two timbers. The owner passed and daughters are anti hunters! They said they were happy with the way I treated their dad and property but it was time to pack up my stands and go. I was really bummed! Now my new spot only 5 acres instead of 131 that I had but I shot my buck this year off that 5 acres.

I will be back in my tree therapy program on Monday morning! Enjoying some nice weather in Florida right now and doing some shelling! I am always on the hunt!

Just got word from owner of my property that my big 10 was still on hoof last night so he made it through first shotgun season! Thanks to a rain storm! Now I am ready for Monday morning!

No luck this morning. Hunted until 9:30 then I pulled my stand. I needed some sleep before work. I still can hunt on my parent's land. I'll be out Thanksgiving and hanging another stand to give myself more options depending on wind direction. L

How far are you from Yankton south Dakota. You need to go see the guys at xpedition archery. My favorite bows by far.

I phaesant hunt every year in Chamberlain. Love that place. Pukwana is the town.
