***Size Matters - Team 3***

On the way back from the hunt this morning I got to take some pictures of some eagles. I wish I had my big lens. That would of made for better pictures. Here they are:

Dawg, Those pics are cool. That reminds me... when I was driving to Pittsburgh this past Friday I saw a bald eagle on top of a road kill on the highway about 1 hour out of Pittsburgh.. pretty wild stuff.

Eagles are impressive. Wish cameras were on phones when I was just starting driving. I had a huge eagle on the shoulder of the road eating a roadkill and I stopped to watch within five feet from him. He looked up to me and stared some but kept eating for a while. Coulda had some awesome pics and video if it was with now days technology. Lots of awesome potential missed cause too early for stuff like that

I'm having a ton of trouble working right now Turro... I have ants in my pants... my last meeting is at noon today. I hope to get done by 1, run home and get changed and make the 40 min drive.. hopefully in tree by 2:30 or 3 at the latest.

 

Hope you can drop the hammer on him Western. He got some nice long sweeping main beams. Get’r done!!

Bootlegger that sucks. Woulda been a nice one with an arrow. I believe if you stick one in him he could be on the scorecard.... any predator sign or how do you think he went? Saw people posting on other stuff about EHD or whatever a little while back

Fitz has not done a update for a while. Do we know if all of our deer are entered yet ?

 

Had a buck come down the ridge behind me at dark grunting. It sounded like he was going to come around it into me but then went the other way I believe. I could not see him only hear him. On the way out I had a deer that look like a doll cross up in the front of the driveway where I’m hunting so maybe he was on her

I named that buck lucky 13 for his 13 points. I have more pics of him coming so he's in the same spot. I should be in the tree tomorrow and Friday. Wind tomorrow morning isn't good for that stand so I'm not gonna blow it. I'll sit in another spot. But in afternoon and Friday morning it's supposed to change into what I need.

We have a lot that need entered yet plus we are waiting on ILBUCK score on his and posted up also.

 

Scorecard updated. We are in 3rd without IL bucks deer being entered. With his we should be close. We need a few bonus deer. Few more does could put us way up

I need at least one more deer in the freezer anyway...
I will be out Sat AM and Monday and Tues next week. Then bow season is over. Maybe a Thanksgiving AM hunt..
