    Woke up to couple inches of snow this morning. Got a few miles on the new vintage sled with the kids. Curious to see what the deer do. Gonna get out tomorrow hopefully and few days next week

    RB Those are great deer! Congrats to him!

    Finally got my man cave most of the way done! Have some mess ups and minor things to tie up then will be all good! Put some antlers in my shelving units and I think I like it! Will post picture in bit!

    Snow! that's crazy!
    Huge rain / wind storm coming Sunday / Monday.
    I'll be out tomorrow AM & PM and hopefully Sunday AM.
    I have been getting busier and busier the month of November at work... frustrating but has to be done. I have a couple of days scheduled off (next Thurs & Fri) and a few afternoons blocked out.

    Wow that is a incredible buck. I haven't had much time to hunt lately. Hoping to get out this weekend. But weather isn't looking promising. I'm taking off for my usual rut hunt next Thursday. I'll be in stand Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Morning and evening.

    So I’m in the stand this morning and a shooter walks by at 30 yards, I turn the camera on and try to get on him but it’s just too dark. He keeps walking I desperately change setting and do anything I can but no go. He walks about 80 yards up the edge and starts scraping 5 different times. I text my neighbor about an hour later to ask if he’s Hunting and he replies with this [​IMG]
    It’s him.

    Was hoping to add a doe last night. Had a few come through and a spike chase some almost under me. Had a nice broadside shot and pushed it too far forward. Got leg bone when she crouched and didn’t penetrate onto carbon even. Dropped off her within a few yards. Basically knew it last night but went and searched this morning with some help for anything. Happened in the last few min before coming in. Sure turns a great and fun feeling sit into a gut twisting crap feeling. After having done it before and seen deer fine after I’m more than certain she’ll be fine, which I guess is better than a hit I’d feel was lethal
