Team 26 still has a couple of guys hunting who have some time... even a couple of Fergie's or does will put us in a real healthy spot... but no pressure!!! LOL

I have seen exactly two bucks all season. The spike my granddaughter killed and a forked horn this afternoon. I was very tempted to shoot him. Lucky for him I didn't have a clear shot. Arkansas had a three point antler restriction until this season. It's been lifted due to CWD in the NE part of the state. I still have until the end of February to hunt. I'll get one even if it's a fergie buck.

Still waiting on them to completely switch to food. Been seeing a couple bucks with does still. As soon as I make the transition from rutting to complete food dependency I will kill one. Honestly, I usually see more shooters in late December and January than any other time. I'm not worried

Well Thursday and Friday only one deer seen! So decided to get one last duck hunt before north season ends and was a great day! Birds flying all over and for four guys we got some good shooting in. We had a flock of Gadwall's come in an we dropped six of 10. Then had flock of Bufflehead's come in and we dropped six of 12. Then we got a single Gadwall and a single Hen Mallard. 14 birds was a great morning! Here are some pics from the hunt!

Looks like an awesome time Dawg. I still haven't gotten into duck hunting but hopefully one of these years. Sounds and looks like a blast

UT OH I just did a flop of my memory cards and look what I got. I sure hope that big 8 lived second season and comes by me. The other big 8 lasted both seasons so I would like to have him too. If you look real close on the HUGE 8 you can see a fork on the left side as he is walking away. These are videos so get to watching!

Ok everyone here is a question for you all. I have had enough of the struggles with photo bucket being slow and not loading correctly. What do you all use to load videos and photos on the site?

Wake the three are all shooters and they are all moving at night so I am in hopes to catch them soon messing up. Just have to be able to sit in the cold. LOL

Dawg I just load pics into the post, haven't tried any of the other ones yet. Probably not much help. I just use my phone for everything so I haven't really learned much else.
I haven't been out or anything in a while. Coughing and cold started over a week ago and it's been kicking my *** now. Pretty much haven't been off the couch or anything unless have to. Hopefully it's lulling the deer into some calmness and it works out for some last days of season hunts. Granted the way I'm feeling now if I can get good enough to check cams I'd be happy let alone hunt. Gotta say I'm excited for bucks to start shedding soon but would like one last shot at them on their heads first

Team 26 still has a few guys hunting who seem fairly confident in their late season spots. A doe or 2 couldn't hurt here fellas! Let's finish this off!

I'll be headed out tonight. A doe will die if a nice shot presents itself. Other than that I've got to wait for a 4.5 year old! Too many good young bucks on this property! I'll be hunting over alfalfa, my stand is at the top of a draw where thee ridges come together and meet the field. Killer spot.
