Good luck Andrew! I have heard of him.. he shoots some nice deer!
No luck last night. Not a deer over the past 2 days even close to daylight.
Supposed to be mid 70s and rainy this afternoon. Gonna check another cam tonight and maybe sit a couple of hours there...we'l see.

Awesome deer wake and Andrew. Love seeing the pics. Looking forward to hopefully seeing you guys with them
Had a debacle then almost great night. Me and a buddy were on the spot with the brow tines and other. Buddy within ten min has a big doe in front of him. Went to draw and release was in truck. He waited out that doe, and the one that joined it, and snuck out for his release and back. He saw four more later. Hour left in light and I took a piss and accidentally bumped my bow from the stand busting an arrow. Got down, sounded like a whole heard in the leaves getting things together and back up. Half hour later doe and three fawns come by at 30-50 yards, probably same that passed my buddy. Contemplated but held off since if I shoot a doe there it takes my either sex tag and limits me to the town hunt for does. Two min later heard one approaching. Getting dark. Heard another behind and another down wind. Got dark to where I figured had to be last minutes and feeling iffy to shoot. Down wind blows and leaves. One behind starts to leave, smaller (but I woulda taken him) buck at under 20 yards. Thought I was good to sneak down and saw movement and the other was coming through at 35. Bigger darker rack. If I still had arrow nocked I may have had shot. They made it out of there without spooking and blowing so hopefully they'll be around for another time. Good time anyway

Didn't get a fergie buck! Got the big at 8 just before 6pm last night when the rain broke. My biggest Massachusetts buck to date!
I'll get him scored up today and get you guys the story.

Here is a better pic from this am. This is my largest buck ever in Massachusetts rack wise and body. He dressed out 202lb. That is a huge deer for around here
Not much of a story. Rain broke and he snuck up on me around 5:55pm. I had to shoot him sitting down. Hit forward and high and dropped him and had to finish him off
    Never heard him coming.

I've been seeing deer cross a field every day I hunt there, exact same spot, found a sycamore that puts downwind of them and in range so I will be hanging a stand Wednesday night.

Several bucks and does have been crossing there every morning and evening, so hopefully I can get on them.
