Situation

I've Got a question and a problem. I have a shooter buck that comes right before dark and beds right next to my stand Any tips on what to do is useful.

 

Be there when he goes to bed down and shoot true.

Either have to wait, he will not keep that schedule once the rut starts. Or move/setup a new stand between where he comes from and where you are now.

 

Not sure I would classify this as a problem! I wish I could find the same situation! Good luck! Hope you get him!

 

Only you would know this but if you know appox. where he beds or general section of the woods, maybe you can move up the trail 100 yards so he gets to you sooner. Or play it safe and hope he comes sooner. Definitely watch the wind and only hunt when your scent isn't blowing the direction he comes from.

 

Be ready with bow in hand and don't look at the antlers lol.

I find it a very odd question for a first post. Hmmmm... Choot em!!

 

Hunt him from the ground and return the stand to the store.
