The Sitka Gear Flash 20 day pack is well suited for any day hunt and will handle those hunts that may draw you a little further away then you had expected with its 2000 ci of space and weighing in at 3lbs 7oz. The uniquely versatile configuration of accessory straps gives you the ability to secure even the most awkward of loads.
The Sitka Gear Flash 20 backpack is loaded with great features such as, padded spotting scope pocket, pocketed waist belt, quick stash mesh pockets, enabled for hydration systems, a suspended back to maximize air circulation in the lumbar region, a detachable rain fly system, bra-clip/hypalon strap system, over-sized stretch mesh outer pockets, and the new gun/bow cable system. The stretchy StealthTex fabric comes in two camo patterns, Optifade Open Country and Optifade Forest and allows you the ability to really stuff this pack. With no floating lid this top loader has quite a few compartments and pockets to store all the gear and more you would need for a day trip. The two fleece line pockets are great to store your optics in. The removable aluminum frame does a great job of supporting the load and allows for plenty of air on your back due to the well designed curve in the aluminum frame.
As always leave it to Sitka to build a masterpiece for a backpack and the Flash 20 and Flash 32 are no exception. When I first received this pack I knew this was quality and it is pricey at around $225.00 depending on where you look on line. But sometimes quality is pricey. So, if you are the type that heads out for a day trip and demands a day pack that will hold up for years to come then visit www.SitkaGear.com for more information on all the great products Sitka has come to be known for.
