They are opening I believe a second brick and mortar sitka store in the Twin Cities. It is inside the 494-694 loop so I will not be visiting.

Sitka gives military, vets and I believe first responders 40% off. I just started buying there stuff.

after I was laid off I almost took a job with Cabela's, the deal for employees now is 50% off branded stuff (at least to the guy trying to get me to work there)
Fwiw they are opening a number of stores. One opens here in Charlotte on Saturday. Pretty sure I've seen locations in other bug metros also. I do wonder if it will change their retailers they use/sell through. I've got a couple pieces of Sitka, some as gifts/prizes and a couple I bought on EOY clearance. It's good stuff and lasted better than the FL I bought years ago. My Jetstream vest did suffer a minor tear (~1/2") after my fall earlier this year and a small bit of pulls/spilling on tops. But wears great, and comfortable too.
