I have found that as far as gear goes, we don't go cheap on our equipment so why would we on our gear and clothing? One of the products I have been fortunate to use the last two seasons and will be using this season is the Timberline Pant from Sitka Gear. I have found that for not being and "early season" pant, it has amazing breathability and flexability. I test Product for GORE and have found the pant I will be using for a long time to come. Its equiped with reinforced, waterproof yet breathable knees and seat for the days when the ground is wet, which where I hunt, is mostly every morning. Also, the knees have a very ligthweight removable knee pad which is great for putting on the final stalk and being able to crawl with out wincing every time your knee finds a sharp rock. the flexability and DWR Coating help round out this pant to make it the ultimate archery pant for me, and when the late season rolls in, a good pair of Sitka Gear long johns is all it takes to keep going.
