I wanted an upgrade from the cheap Pine Ridge spinner and thought getting two tools in one made a heck of a lot of sense. After assembly I was pretty surprised at how poor the tolerances were between the plastic parts and the aluminum base. The end that needs to be nice and perpendicular (to square the arrow) has a massive amount of play... and the center roller doesn't even touch the arrow. They said they would be happy to take it back and refund me.. and that I was the one single person out of a couple thousand sold who has said anything negative.
