I was looking at buying a HHA sight. I have no doubt that "Dial a Distance" will be just wonderful shooting 3D and spots. But, how are they in the woods?

I live in central Oklahoma, so there are no worries about the ranges beyond about 30 yds. I have my top pin now set at 28 and I am about 1.5" high at 20 and 2" low at 33. This makes the HHA sound like a no brainer, but before I drop $150 or more I like to hear about things I may not have thought of.

I started a similiar thread a while back and I'm going to get one. One pin out to 30 yards, with you knowing how high or low at other yardages, should work fine. That's also something new I learned. lol

I have the HHA DS-5019 and all I do is hunt with it. Awesome Sight. Built like a tank! I set the dial to 25 yards and I am ready to go. Longest shot I have is 50 yards and where I am setup, I have time to adjust the dial before the deer get close.

I have an HHA 5519 and it is the best hunting sight I could ask for....big sight window, no confusion.
