Im 50 years old and a tech idiot. What trail cam is the most simple to use. Two of my boys have them and they talk right over my head. So I need a real simple trail cam I can even understand:o

I don't know enough about all the different brands but the Moultri's I have are super easy. Guess it will depend on your budget.

The Cuddeback is very simple but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Really, none of them are very hard to use. With most of them it just amounts to scrolling through the menu and choosing the options you want. Some of them even have default settings where all you do is turn the unit on and walk away. Good luck with whatever you choose.

    Blessings......Pastorjim

I just bough a Wildgame Innovations camera from Walmart for my first camera. Cost me less than 50 dollars and it sets up with the press of a button...

Just put it on a food source.

You can get a good camera that is simple to use for about $130. The new DLC Covert MP6 is a nice camera is that range. They should be available in a couple weeks. I would try to get a "middle of the road" priced camera to start with rather than a $50 dollar one. I wouldn't want to be disappointed with your 1st experience with trail cameras.

I just bought the DLC Covert 3 for $99 and it is small and simple.
It is on a tree, locked on, and in a week I will see if any deer passed. Real simple to use!

I saw fresh tracks on the way out, so they have been there.

In fact I put up two cameras, a Primos Truth 35 on another tree facing a different direction.

I am learning thanks to everyone's experience and the sharing on the forum! Hope to get some pics to share, Soon!
