I have been hearing more and more about Sika deer hunts on the coast of MD. However, I have a few questions
Are these public land free roaming deer? If so, do I need an outfitter? Whats and expected success rate for a hunt like this?

    Thanks everyone!

Ere are free roaming deer. The land to hunt on is I think its the black water national wildlife managment area. Next year I'm going to try and hunt them next year. The success rate is going to be low for the fact that they are primarily a nocturnal.

Bigcountry hunts them a lot. Pm him or maybe he'll respond here. He should have some excellent advice.
