I've recently found some nice rubs on the property I hunt. It is a good sized tree, but what is the best way to get a trail cam pic of him? I know they are probably just rubs that he made passing through because they aren't grouped together. So what is the best way to get a pic of this guy? Should I wait til he starts making scrapes and setup the cam on one he frequents?

Try setting up a mock scrape in the area. Within the next few weeks you might get some bucks stopping by to check it out.

Is it a big open woods or does it have some areas that might neck down a bit somewhere between these rubs?? Try a travel corridor that you think he might be using. :) Or mock scrape as mentioned.
