    Hello group!
I am thinking of changing my sights, but I cant decide whether I want to shoot a single pin or a multi pin. I have never shot single pin but the thought of having a more clear sight sounds very appealing, plus I know guys that swear by single pins and guys that hate them.. I know that bowhunting is a preference so I don't need lessons on that haha just thought id ask some of you single pin shooters why you like the single pin better?

IMO I prefer the best of both worlds. 3 pin slider, I don't want to have to move my sight on shots between 20-30yds etc. 3 pin slider I am good out to 40 before I need to use the dial.

I love my single pin, the pin is vertical so no clutter in the window. I set my slider up for 25 yards and never applied the tape, I don't use it as a slider with a little practice and a majority of my slots being less than 30 yards I am pretty comfortable taking a shot 10-40 yards

I use a 3 pin slider as well. Right now I have the CBE TekHybrid. My pins are set for 20, 30, 40 plus I can dial it to any exact yardage between 20-80 using my top pin if I have a longer shot that I don't want to split pins on.

There are many situations (like the buck I killed this year) where I wouldn't have the time to adjust a single pin slider, and there are also situations where a deer is too far for me to be comfortable splitting pins. The TekHybrid is the best of both worlds for me.

Anyone using pendulum sights? I have a Mathews
Hel-m set at 68 lbs. I'm dead nuts on the ground but I'm 4-5 inches low when I practice from in a stand. I missed to turkeys this morning. I'm tempted to go with a new HHA but before I do does anyone have a suggestion?

Love my single pin, and I loved my multi-pin. Biggest advantage for me is the ability to shoot from 20 to 80 yards using a single pin, (HHA) without having to sight in all the different yardages. I also got very comfortable shooting up to 35-40 yards using my single pin set on 20 yards.

I use a single pin HHA and love it. I've shot single pin now for many years. I agree with No.6. It is good out to 80 yards. It is like anything else, you shoot it enough you will just know where to put it on the deer. I shoot with both eyes open. I don't like the clutter of the multi-pin sights. JMO.
