Sightings down??

    anyone else's sightingsd in the PM down because of the moon? I have not seen deer in 2 PM sits in a row..I sat Tues AM and saw 4 deer, 3 does and small 7 pt..passed on em all, I did miss a yote, first one I ve ever seen in the woods..

    Yep, two sits with no sightings, full moon got em all screwy, should be back right when the rut gets goin on down here, should be about the same for you up there too. Its not gonna stop me from goin in the AM though, gotta break the streak sometime.

    Glad I'm not alone.

    Saturday evening I saw several does and my giant buck. Since, I've seen a 2.5 and a 1.5 which I passed. I haven't seen a doe nor a deer since.

    I blame the corn and the moon.

    Down here too. Passed a busted up buck and two does on Monday night and that's all I've seen all week.

    Ok, good. So Im not alone here...I thought it was my choice of stands, but I know these stand can produce....this moon should be done when though?

    Haven't been out since Saturday, but from observations around the parents home and here, yes things are a bit slower during the evening. My dad is seeing some chasing around the property in the EARLY am, however. Cooler weather is in now, and the combines are now starting to get fired up, but it looks as if warm weather may be in store again next week.

    Not here, been hunting an area with about a Dozen scrapes, and rubs everywhere. Im seeing 2-4 bucks every sit and tons of Does.

    monday,tuesday and wednesday i saw a parade of bucks on public land. 8 different bucks, all passing through a through a standing corn field. definitly search phase in my area
