I've heard some different things on this but I'm trying to be a better shot (struggling to do so) but I have always sighted my bow in for 20 yards moving the whole sight with the arrow up or down left and right. Then for each pin after I just moved the pin up or down until it was sighted in. I've recently read where your bow should really be sighted in for 30 yards moving the sight housing up down left or right and then the other pins sighted after. Any truth to that? Hope this makes sense.
The further out you are when you sight in by moving the housing the better. It assures that you truly are sighted in and not just getting lucky with "drive by" shots.
