So I purchased some new FMJ 340s which have been flying about 4 inches lower than my other arrows. So I chased my arrow only to find out that I am at the top of my sight. My type of sight is in my signature.

Then I tried to shot my 20 yd target with my 30 yd pin and I have bang on. But my 40 yds pin was bang on with my 40 yds target.

    Any suggestions?

It's hard to tell what's going on, but you might try looking at your arrow angle at full draw and your peep position. A very slight upward movement of your rest will make your arrows hit much higher.

Were your old arrows FMJs as well? Were they both .340 spine?

Indynotch50, these are brand new FMJ .340. No, the arrows are different. The other arrow is a Cabela's X-Stalker.

If you are at the top then chasing the arrows would be to go down. So why can't you just move the pin down?

if your shooting low then why are you at the top of your sight? if your shooting low then you should lower your pins not raise them.

X3 on that. It's a heavier arrow with an increased straightness factor. Just zero in your bow sight.

First off, different arrows, different weight? Possibly different spine? What spine are the other arrows?

    Looks like a few things.

    1. The arrows are likely much heavier, which would be the 4 inches low. Therefore you will want to lower your pins. It sounds like you were raising them from your description.

    2. If your right to left didn't change, it's likely the spine is the same.

    So... to do list:

    1. Sight the bow in. Remember to chase. If you shoot low, lower the pin. If you shoot to the right, move the sight to the right.
    2. Ensure the tune is correct. I would say to start with paper tuning. If you need help with that, just let us know.
