I have a Kronik bow that due to Heath issues I've turned down to about 45# and I'm looking to upgrade the sight that came with it. Most of the sights I see offered, seem to brag about adjustability for high speed bows. I'm not looking to put "racing slicks" on a "daily driver" and wondered what suggestions you might have to help me get the most out of my "slow bow".

I think when your talking about a bow with lower speeds your selections are really only limited to what you want in a sight. I would just go with something that has 3 pins. No reason to go with more then that since you probably won't shoot out past 30 or 40 yards. You can get something with a light if you would like that is really a personal preference thing I feel. I would just hit up one of the pro shops and fine one that you like since they will all do the job.

Most any sight will be adjustable for slower setups.

I have never had an issue setting up my son's bow.

You can easily set the sight in 5 yard increments as well.

Why not shoot an HHA single pin slider. It will adjust for any bow

My son used one last year but he wasn't comfortable with having to move it when a deer showed up. He was in the 215 fps range.

So I took the sight and will be using it at a whopping 230 fps (500 gr arrow at 57#)

Set it at 23 yards and good to go.

One all my set ups right now I am using single pin adjustable sights of some kind. I tend to shooting bow/ arrow combos that are on the quicker side of things...I like the uncluttered picture of a single pin.

How ever with a " slower" set up you have more space between pins and less clutter... There are a ton of really good multi pin sights on the market. I would for something with gang adjustment and tough housing with no exposed fibers.

    Thanks for all the comments.

I went with a TruGlo 4 pin and hope to have it settled in for the 6/8 "Get Together".
