I just got new arrows and have found that because of their heavier weight that i don't have enough vertical travel between my first and second pin to set my g5 3 pin the way i have in the past. Normally i set the first pin at 30 (anything inside of that is dead hold for hunting purposes) then 45, and 60. With these new arrows out to 30 same thing few inches high at 20 so no big deal but i cant get the travel to set my second pin at even 40, any suggestions on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Move your sight bracket on the riser all the way in. This will make your sight drop. If you are already mounted this way then move it all the way out to the last set of screw holes this will raise your sites. try this first. If you can not get it to work for you. then you might have to modify your weight or make a cheat sheet for your bow on your yardage.

I just took apart the sight and found broken pins inside of it as well. The issue isn't the whole bracket but that even if i move the top pin all the way up and the second pin all the way down I can't get enough travel out of it to get from 30 to 40 yards which is only like 10 inches or less of drop for me. Ill post some pictures of how this thing works if i can figure out how to. Are there any G5 sight owner that have had similar issues.
