Hi everyone... I am new to bow hunting...Currently getting setup as a beginner and I want some advice on a sight. Starting off with an old PSE Fire Flite 33 and it has a stock PSE site with 2 pins. I will start by doing some target shooting this year until Turkey season in FL. in 2014. Any suggestions on a new sight? Thanks in advance for your help.

Being new the sport, I would just stick with the two pin or possibly buy an inexpensive true glow. They all basically do the same thing , just more bells and whistles .

Any good sight should do .. visit the pro shop or do a little digging online.
    I recommend Spot Hogg.

If you plan on upgrading your bow at some point and really getting into the sport I'd buy a quality sight first and it can be easily transferred onto a new setup. I really like armourtechs, sport hoggs, and the AXT line ups for this purpose.

If you're not sure on archery and don't want to dump $200+ on a sight there's lots of great affordable offerings from companies like truglo.

I shot my biggest buck to date with my starter setup bow and a 70$ truglo 5 pin.

Whichever route you decide to take will be fine, there's people that shoot accurately with a cheap sight and then there's those that swear by a more expensive one. It's all up to you and what sight you feel most comfortable with on your individual budget.

I was in the same situation and opted for the Black Gold Rush 3 pin, it was below $100 and from everything I have read they are built incredible and the pins are nice and bright. So far I am very happy with it. Might be worth checking out.

Black Gold has probably to the brightest pins on the market. Very good sites!

Try an HHA slider or dial if you're looking for a single pin. Multi pin check out Axcel or AXT.

I have a 40.00 truglo sight and pins are .019 with a light. I don't think you have to invest in an expensive sight unless you are a professional target shooter. I only use 1 pin for hunting out to 40 yds. I think 5 pins on a bow is crazy too with how hard and fast the bows shoot today. I have found it makes more sense in investing good money in a high quality release like a Scott or Stan (stanilauski)
