I am going to start a internet hunting show this year and I can't think of a name. I was going to use hoyt's public access but I have got a few new pieces of private grown that is very promising. I would like to keep hoyt in my name. Any suggestions

Just a word of warning in Using Hoyt in the name. It is an established brand name so they may try and defend it it court.

You may want to check into that. If you make a profit from it you may have a problem.

Very certain you won't be able to use Hoyt in the name without their permission if you make a profit. I would not go down that avenue. Good luck.

Free publicity or not, your actions will reflect on them (good or bad) with the use of their name. As a professor once told me, you don't have to do your assignments, but you probably wont pass my class. In your case you dont NEED to have Hoyt's permission, but you will probably end up in court! I would evaluate the cost benefit ratio of having Hoyt in your name, if they are interested and want to support you, then use it. If not what is the benefit for you?

I dont think you can use their name without written permission, come up with a cool name on your own

It's Hoyt's lawyers that you are going to have to talk to.

I understand the fact that you are using a hoyt and all, but what is the hang up with naming the show after your choice of bow? not raggin' on you, just wondering.
