I want to give a shout out to 'Big Game Treestands' for their great customer service department. I had two Eyecon Quikshot Trail Cameras that had been out in the field since June. I started having some problems with one then the other. I sent an email to their customer service department and immediately received a reply. They arranged for UPS to pick up both cameras from my house so they could take a look at them. Within a week, I received 2 brand new trailcams from them. One a newer version of what I had and the other a model above what I had. The service I received from them will ensure that I continue to buy and use their products. Just thought that I'd let everyone know that there are still companies out there that care about the customer. Scott
