What do you have for wall space? I am a fan of mounting it how you shot it, full alert or sneak

I would just look at some of the mounts hanging at the Taxi and choose what you like the most. The Taxi may also have some suggestions based on the features of that particular buck. Also, they probably don't need to know which pose you want today if you need more time to decide.

The shop I used for my buck I killed last year had a few mounts to look at and also had a mount selection book to choose from.

I got super lucky they had a mount that matched how I shot him. Shot him with his head raised sniffing a doe drip so that's how I got him mounted can't wait to have it on the wall next month for my bday.

i like the traditional semi sneak, but you also have to take into consideration wall space, etc. Mine are all semi sneaks either left or right turns. you can get some w/ slightly different head positions..

Reminds me of the movie "Evil dead" When he walks into the cabin and all the deer and animal mounts are laughing at him.

That may be the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Someone thought that was a good idea, and a taxidermist actually did it. They should both be kicked in the sack.

Alright yall thank you! I ended up doing a straight semi sneak because that's about what he was in when I shot him... he was chasing a doe
