Should Other Outdoor Groups Pay as Much as Hunters for Conservation?

    at least in PA the game lands are funded by the hunters. if other outdoor groups are using the property they should have to contribute the same as the hunters.

    I'm not too worried about this problem. The only thing I would like to see different is the out of state hunting license costs. I live near a number of others states, but spending hundreds of dollars just for the chance to hunt somewhere else seems like alot to shell out.
