I had to stop in the middle of my broad head tuning today. I will resume tomorrow or Sunday. I was shooting groups of three but I have been thinking about it and if my groups do how they usually do (meaning, when I am fresh they are super tight) should I just shoot one at a time and rotate? My concern is destroying my broadheads, fletching or veins with tighter groups. After all, I did devein one and bust two knocks off today. This is becoming an every shooting session thing and I have a feeling it could start getting expensive.

So would you shoot one at a time or groups of three?

If your breaking arrows just shoot 1 at a time or just shoot at multiple spots.

Probably will. I am running low (down to 8 from 18 wife enharited 6 I've busted 4) and don't want to have to buy more until after season or durring if I damage some on deer.

This is my first real go at it. Last season being my first I didn't know anything about archery and didn't shoot my broadheads at all. Good thing I didn't shoot at anything. Could have been bad and I am glad I have learned a lot since then. I don't want to just wound an animal.

well i can assure you after you draw back on your first deer , buck or doe and make a perfect shot through all the excitement you will feel your confidence level rise and then you will realize all your practice and questions paid off , even though i've been bow hunting for over 25 years i still enjoy learning something new on each of my hunts , and mistakes which we all make are the best learning experiences .

Short and sweet is usually the best way to go, bad habits can be developed when you get tired after shooting a bunch, not to mention you tear up your arrows!
