I know a lot of you utilize small shot plots at various times of the season. My question is does anybody use perennials or do you only plant an annual in the fall for these plots?

I try to go 50/50 on annuals and perennials so there is always food of some sort there for them :D

We use stricly annuals on our shot plots, but we have perennial plots nearby as well as standing corn all year. Depends on size of your hunting area. Gut1 has a small area, I think (10 acres ??). He ahs lots of info out here on his set ups.
