I am taking my wife turkey hunting this year and I have never done it before either.
So my question is what are the best shot placement areas?
She is hunting with her bow
    26" draw @ 43#'s
I can call the turkeys in no problem but when ever I have gone it was only to call I have never gottin to shoot.
any and all advice is appreciated.

Head shot with a guillotine or a bullhead.

Study turkey anatomy. My favorite shot is facing away where I can aim at the vitals as well as the spine.
