LittleSiman...give me a break. Its called sarcasm. Well, I might be an A-hole but I see it happen everyyear. I do feel bad for the victims (of course I would) but don't feel sorry in the least for the one pulling the trigger. Accidents happen but no one should ever be mistakenly shot for an animal. Just don't understand it.
Absolutely agree! From the first time I ever picked up a gun it didn't matter who was showing or teaching me about it every single person always stressed to never point at anything you don't intend to kill and to always know where and what you are shooting at. I had a friend killed in Guam by another friend who shot at movement in the bushes. Sambar deer whistle and the friend shot was slipping through the jungle whistling like a Sambar deer and the other friend thought he was a deer and shot at movement and hit him in the chest with buckshot. I was supposed to be with them but had to work. Really bad day!!!
totally agree..there was a case outside of Pittsburgh last season where a 60 something gentleman shot a 18yr guy in the leg with a crossbow...he also heard something and saw movement and shot...but as a whole bow season is alot safer imho then gun season !!!!!
Read about this in the Norwegian papers as well. But what really made me GASP is that he is not charged for it! But a Norwegian who drove the wrong way in a one way-street in USA with a rental car and his old mother inside first got attacked by a man and hit in the face (broke his nose in fact..), then startet driving back to get out off the street and then all hell was loose.... It seemed all the police in town where over him, pointing guns at him and arresting him. After 7 months in custody he got convicted today; 7,5years in jail for aggrevated assault.... Wtf... WTF!!!!!!!! If I ever visit USA (which is a big dream due to Wyoming elk and antilope.......) I`ll sure wont touch any vehicles!!!!!
