Each year Gander holds a indoor 3D. Max is 30 yards, 5 targets, 3 shots at each target 2 rounds for 30 shots.

    4 targets had center 12's, 1 had a ASA 12 ring.

Target 1, 27 yard McKenzie wild boar (center)

Target 2, 26 yard Delta Mule deer, (ASA)

Target 3, 25 yard Reinhart bear, front ring tore up, shot back ring (gut)(center)

Target 4, bedded buck, 30 yards (center)

Target 5, 26 yard Javelina (center).

First round I shot 20 up on 15 shots,

Second round I shot 22 up on 15 shots for a total of 42 up on 30 shots.

My friend Nate, tied me.

Is that just your local store, or is it all of them?

Dunno, I'd imagine local. I'm not current with other stores. :deer:

Great shooting tonight Rob. I will hit the blank bale this week and get out of my own way so I can post something respectable.

Great shooting! Are the animals at known yardages? I want to shoot their course sometime when I'm down there.

Not marked but hey, it's a 30 yard course, if the animal is against the back wall, guess what? And if it's a couple yards in front of the wall, guess what? LOL

LOL, honestly Matt, I feel my eyes cost me a couple points here and there. With the verifier lens, it helps with pins but hurts on targets, without the lens, it's good for target but bad for pins. I know I need contacts or something. I'm just being stubborn.

Ours is good sized, but the range is certainly tucked away from everything. Wouldn't hardly know there's a range there unless you walked back to the right spot.

    Shot again tonight.

Nate and I were tied for 1st place after the first week with last years winner 4 points down.

I shot a 338 tonight and Nate shot a 340 putting him 2 points up.

There's always the roof? I don't know what the people in the parking lot would think about stray arrows, but, who would know where it came from???

I shot a 311 with a mental mistake that resulted in a 5. I was really happy with this round for this week. The two knuckleheads above are simply dynamos. I believe that I should be consistantly shooting what I shot tonight at a minimum. A total mentally tough game for me at this point in time would result in me shooting around 324-330. I am gonna keep working.
