How’s everyone prepare themselves for the big moment?

Currently I am shooting a lot of single arrows at 40 yards. Trying hard to spot light trigger control and following through the shot.

I shoot about 100+ arrows a week January thru September.

    2-3 indoor leagues January-April.
    Spring / summer 3 D league.
As many as possible 3 D shoots on the weekends.
In between those I shoot about 15 -25 shots in my back yard at 3D target. Everyday or every other day

Do you do any shoulder workouts or stretches to keep from an injury? Or does the constant reps keep your shoulder tuned up?

I just try to work on keeping my form consistent, and that way come fall it will be like clockwork. To respond to your shoulder workout question, I believe drawing and rep after rep no doubt builds those muscles, but surely some stretches + workouts wouldn't do any harm.
