    Stupid people. And they wonder why they want to take our guns away. This why we need concealed carry. Illinois is going down the drain. Its sad I've lived here my whole life and I'm legal to carry in every state except my home one. Freaking stupid. Maybe I should move to iowa. Lol

    Apparently shooter had pryor conviction of reckless homocide. That could be anything from dui crash to shooting, either way I would assume he was not legal to have firearms.

    Most of the killers in this state don't have legally purchased weapons, strict gun laws prevent them from getting them legally:)
