    I've been shooting between 60-65 for the past 10 years. Shoot with a draw weight that doesn't affect your draw, doesn't create bad habits, and won't cause injury. If you decide you need to go higher you can hit the gym and work out your shoulders and back but 60 is plenty. I think it's been said many times before, taking a high quality shot and being accurate far "outweighs" (excuse the pun) a heavy draw.

    If you can draw it straight support arm out without having to raise it to draw and can smoothly do so more power to you....literally and figuratively.

    I would say though with that kinda poundage, I would be building some freaking hammer hitting arrows, way above 400 grain. I wouldn't fear bone when I was done, not even a little.
