I really just lurk more then post but I absolutely love the website..Really just try to learn more then talk..Would you shoot this buck or do you think he is still not mature?? Just wondering if you think he will break into a main frame 10 next year..He was a 8 last year and hasn't grown a whole lot more except for adding the crab claw..Also how old do you think he is and rough estimate on score would be greatly appreciated..Thanks!!!

He'd most-likely get an arrow from me. He's got some good height.

If he makes you happy, go for it. If you're wishy-washy and you think he has a good chance at making it to next year, wait.

I really figure this is about as big as he is going to get simply becasue he didnt gain much from last year..If he comes by he is going to be hard to let walk...Thanks for your insight!

Considering where I hunt bordered by public land on 2 sides, yup he's dead. But I don't pay for hunts and I don't have land to manage.
It's up to you either way as long as your happy I am happy! Good Luck!

If taking that animal would make you happy then go for it if you get the chance. A trophy is what you think a trophy is. Personally, I would take him if given the chance.

    Blessings.......Pastorjim

He is a good deer. I would be surprised if he became a 10 in the future

He'll get bigger, he's not mature yet, still has a few years to grow. Good buck almost for anyone, might be a few out there that would let him walk. I'd shoot ,good luck on getting an arrow in him.
