    have this guy regularly.. seen him a few times.. if he gets close enough should a wack him or let him go another year? Any guesses on age or score? Sorry not the best pictures

    Kinda what i was thinking i have a bigger one on the farm and ive alreay shot one buck and just ahh if i shoot him and buck out you already know that big one will step out lol but hes a nice buck its a hard decision lol

    Depends on what else you are hoping for. I would have no hesitation, but I hunt on public land...

    Depends on what is normal for the area you hunt. That would be dead on sight in the area I hunt.

    Not enough info for me. Most likely he would get a pass from me unless I was able to determine from his body that he was a mature buck. But, don't let my opinions sway you in any way. We all have different goals and expectations.

    I hear ya man if be hard for me to pass him due to im not a huge trophy hunter but i do like to hunt the bigger ones when i got meat in the freezer

    I've logged many hours this year already and have one one little button buck in range so far. That's it!!! So for me this buck would be dead without ever thinking twice about it.

    Having already killed a nice buck like you did, I would let him go if there's a reasonable chance of him surviving until next year. Just kick back and see if a true monster comes by. It seems it wouldn't be impossible where you're hunting.
