As is always the case on this board... It depends. It depends on many factors: Is this public land? How large is the property? How many other men hunt the property with your same goals? What's the likelihood this buck leaves or gets pulled off the property by a food source? how many nice mainframe eights have you killed in the past? My 2 cents.
