I bought this NEW! Cabela's MT050® Whitetail Extreme™ GORE-TEX® Parka & Bibs - Tall parka and bibs to keep me warm since I hate getting cold. It doesn't matter if I have two layers or four layers, I still get cold...when I went to get help from cabelas, they said " you can purchase a new set while we evaluate your set. Are you serious! It's late season hunting when you need a good warm parka and bibs.

    Or

Do you have any ideas for me to stay warm?

What do you have as far as cold weather gear for your hands, feet and head?
Reason I say that is if my feet get cold I'm done, doesn't matter how many layers it just run through me
Could always throw a warmer in an inside coat pocket.

I hate to get cold also, and I love hunting late season. This year I invested in Gamehide outer ware
and Cabelas ewcs undies, expensive, but worth every penny.

How tight is your clothing because your supposed to dress in loos layers. I was thought a COLD acronym and its sums its up quite well. C-Clean clothing, and self, O-prevent over heating i.e. dress light going to your stand then bundle up. L-loose layers, and D- Stray dry. Hope this helps, I dress w/ 4 layers in about 0deg weather. Base layer Under Armour Tight Fitting cold gear, Than my 2nd layer is a poly-pro type layer from the military. 3rd Under Armour Ridge Reaper "inferead" or what ever it is, than 4th my wind/water resistant puffy jacket, its a Read Head bone dry series jacket and pants.

Not sure? I haven't been busted yet though due to the sound/smell of the heater. I'll usually sit in my tree during "prime time" & grin & bear the cold then hop in the blind during "off" times.

Just buy a Heater body Suit and be done with it. Works both in the blind and tree stand. You will save a bunch of money on winter hunting cloths. :tu:
