My trad bow is a PSE Sequoia, 55# long bow. last weekind was its first trip to the deer woods, a sunny day with wind. while walking out I realy noticed how shiney this bow is. Now for the question, do I need to worry about this or not? I have a personal limit of 15 yards with this bow, much past that and my accuracy drops to about 75% on the 3d range. I hunt from a stand up about 12 feet to the platform. In the late afternoon the sun shine on my stand through the trees. I am afraid that the reflection is going to get me busted, is there anything that can be done about this that wont hurt my bow, or am I just worying to much? Thanks for any suggestions/advice. Alex
oh and any general suggestions about hunting with a long bow vs my compound would also be great. my set up: Sequoia 55lbs 28" draw Walmart carbon Wolverine arrow with 5GPI weight tubes added. 5" right wing feathers (thats what they had at Gander Mountain) CX 4 blade (2 main and 2 bleeders) (my Magnus broad heads grew legs)
