I was just curious if anyone on here uses a shed trap or antler trap and has any pictures or opinions on them. I have been seeing they are pretty successful. I have usually just gone out in the spring looking for sheds so this is new to me.

Don’t use a trap, just put some miles on look in bedding areas and transition areas from bed to food. Also south facing hillsides. The traps can cause more damage to the deer than it’s worth for a shed or two. JMO

Completely illegal in Oklahoma to have any sorta "shed trap". I do know one guy that would make corn piles under younger post oaks with a lot of low hanging branches and had a little luck.
