So? What's the score so far for this season?

I'm having my best shed season ever, with a respectable 8. All from Ohio. I've been out in PA a few times, and just keep coming up empty.

    6 four pointers
    1 two pointer
    1 ancient, broken, decrepit spike

...now I'm just waiting for Tim and Troy to get on here and say "5,358 sheds." But, having been at this for a few years now, I'm figuring out what it takes - and I figure those guys should definitely get the credit they deserve.

    Pimpin' aint easy.

I'm up to 5. I got a few gold mines to hit yet. I hate walking crop fields, because I get tunnel vision, but I think that is where some "freshies" are hiding.

1 here in PA, I found where the deer yarded up this winter, too bad it is on about a 600 acre farm that is Posted and off-limits. I was walking the edge of the property a few days ago and was watching over a powerline that cuts through the property I was on and the posted property, I ended up seeing around two dozen deer in a field at the end of the powerline. This was at 12:45 p.m.

Only 1 so far. Actually have only been out one day and we saw a bunch still packing. (Last week in IL)

My real shed hunting starts when I move back to camp the end of April.

I would tell you how many I have found but it would make you cry. :deer: Actually I am no where close to 5,358 sheds but March just started. March is always the best month for us when it comes to finding sheds!! :d

Seriously... Tyler has found 23 and I am at 26 as of today. I plucked a dink 3 pt out of the snow at dinner break today. Lot of snow here with most of the bucks shedded. We need a good melt before we really start finding them again in numbers. The biggest shed so far is a 64 inch 4 pt if memory serves me right. Tyler is in charge of that department so I could be wrong.

You know Fran.. we have a shed forum for this sort of thing.

Anyway.. I am currently on 9. But I plan to get out tonight and reek a little more havoc after work.

    Of my 9... 4 score about 50-55" 1 about 60" and 1 more about 65".. so I can't complain.

0 this year. I think the bucks are eating them when they hit the ground.

I have matched my total from last year with a whopping ONE shed. However, El Duke and myself will be out this weekend and I hope to find at least one more. :D

I am at zero, with only a few hours in. With the temps creeping up and daylight savings on the way, I should get more time out. Today may be that day.

My score is zero since we still have a lot of snow up here. I probably won't get out into the woods until April.

I havent even got started really, we are still covered up in snow (snowing right now) out here, but I have got out for about 8 hours so far and have found a decent set and 2 smaller sheds. So 4 total for me, 99% my shed hunting is still to come.
