Great! We've got 4/6 guys checked in. I'm going to be buried in snow for a couple more weeks it seems with more snow Sunday and a cold week next week. But once the white stuff melts, it will be a sprint to get them before the squirrels do! What percentage do you guys think have dropped in your area and what state are you in? I am guessing 75% by me in NY.
Id say most are dropped, but I live in the great white north where we have snow year round, or seems like it. I'll get griz out starting next weekend Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
I haven't seen a deer with antlers in at least 3 weeks i'd say. And I saw over 100 driving around yesterday afternoon.
About half of my bucks still have there antlers Sent from my Z971 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I picked up 1 this weekend and my 6 month old lab picked up his first ever solo shed! I am so proud of him, and hopefully he continues to make awesome progress.
The tines and beam on the one in your left hand are flat out cool! Two solid finds for sure, well done!
I have gotten lazy with the pictures lately, but here are the two from this past weekend. Ruck and I were working some red brush between food and bedding, and moving with the wind in our face. He was going through I thick section I would probably never of walked through and all of a sudden hes sprinting out of it and back to me with the little antler in his mouth. He was so excited a barreled right into me with it. After a bunch of praise and pawing at it, he lost interest and went about sniffing for more. The base was infected and had quite the smell to it, so maybe it was a fluke but I am counting it! Shortly after I found the 4 point side balancing in the snow. I had been on the ground for a couple weeks I would think because of a lack of wax on the base and a few mouse chews. I'm up to ten and really haven't had a great day to walk, still covered in snow.
Thats awesome congrats to you ans the pup! Sent from my SM-N920P using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

I built this little display when I was a Sophmore in high school, when I had about 6 sheds. It has filled up faster and faster every year. There is one matched set in the pile but for the most part I have those tied up and hanging. I have probably close to 30 matches. The pile gets bigger every year then thins out as I give away the insignifcant or chewed ones for toys, gifts, decorations. FYI that is a bearded hen's tail fan, I know it looks real rough.
I've got mine scattered all over the house but here's most of them laid out. Missing about 7 of them I believe. My pile sure doesn't add up to many inches! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Im figuring the herd by me is around 85-90% dropped. My biggest dropped the day before we got 14" of snow, and just had my second shed right before we received 6-8".... UGH!!! WINTER GO AWAY!!!!!
That is a bad@$$ idea!!!! Been trying to figure out how to display mine as most are just stored in boxes so my two year old doesn't play with them.
