I have a carbon express cx2, and I am shooting carbon express "MAXIMA HUNTER 20" CROSSBOLT W/BLAZERS & MOON NOCK". I am having a problem with my bolts shattering when I try to use "LaunchPad™ Lighted Moon Nock". I do not have a problem when I use the stock nocks. I lighted nocks are adjustable, and I have made sure that the screw is tightened down all the way to make sure they have a tight fit in the bolt. I contacted tech support, and they have no idea why this is happening. Any help would be great.
I haven't had any shattered bolts, but I have had 2 lumenocks "explode" when the string hit them. Clean pass throughs but blown nocks. I don't know what would cause the bolt to shatter though.
