You should buy one from Rancid and just keep sending it back for replacement for being a low quality product. Do this as many times as he had to be banned.
It would be a chore with as many blades as you have, but I’m also a big fan of the jig produced by the innovative outdoorsman. You might be better off finding a way to hold the blade and then using one of the hand held sharpeners that comes with most knife sets (piece of plastic that comes with a coarse and fine grit side). Remove the blades, grab the end with a small pair of vice grips and sharpen on a whetstone. works just fine.
I refuse to give my money to Rancid Crabtree on pure principle, so I ended up ordering a KME system. The owner was super cool and responded to my email with his phone number and told me to call him for a quick tip on sharpening those small mechanical blades once my sharpener arrives. Tough to beat that kind of service. I also think I'm going to give the NAP Endgame broadhead a try this year, so I'll be using this to touch up those blades before hunting. They're sharp, but you can never be too sharp.
So far I'm really liking this KME broadhead sharpener. Quick and super easy to use. I haven't done any of the smaller mechanical blades yet, but I did sharpen some of my old fixed blades that I've shot into foam targets for practice, and it worked great.
