I shoot the same heads and here is my method. Here's what you will need. 1) your broadhead 2) sharpening stone (mine is two sided with a finishing stone attached) 3) a black sharpie 4) a rag. I take the sharpie and color just the edge of the blade, you can see what you should fill in as it appears to be a different color. Once all sides have been covered in black begin your strokes. The Montec lays down very well so two blades will contact the stone at the same time with one blade sticking straight up, this is where you hold the blade. I always make one way passes in the direction of the tip of the blade. Make sure to keep track of strokes and try to mimic the force applied on each of your passes. When the black is gone stop and write down or remember how many passes it took. Make the same number of strokes on the other two cutting surfaces. The black will help you remember what sides you have done in case you get distracted or have something that interrupts your task at hand. when the rough sharpening is done get your finishing stone and work each side the same number of strokes until you feel like all burrs and blemishes have disappeared. I have been using this method for the last two years and have killed 3 deer with the same head. Hope this helps.

I use the G5 stone as shown in that youtube video already posted. Works great.
